Job summary

Cogent Biosciences in Waltham, MA, seeks a Manager, Communications and Investor Relations to drive internal/external messaging and support investor relations initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Investor Relations, you will collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Clinical Development, People & Culture, and agencies to ensure consistent, accurate communications across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Life Sciences, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience at a publicly traded biotech/biopharma company in corporate communications, investor relations, science communications, or healthcare public relations.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple formats and experience with legal/regulatory review processes.

Responsibilities

• Internal and External Communications: develop messaging framework, maintain corporate calendar, draft press releases for Head of IR and legal review, maintain data archives.
• Social Media & Digital Communications: run day-to-day LinkedIn and other platforms, manage content calendar, monitor activity and prepare reports.
• Investor Relations: coordinate materials for earnings calls, support IR website and channels, manage investor inquiries and databases.
