Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director of Investor Relations in Cambridge to lead and execute the global IR program. You will craft corporate messages, presentations, and analyses for quarterly earnings, investor conferences, and medical meetings, while serving as a primary spokesperson for investors and analysts.

You’ll collaborate with corporate communications and regional teams to ensure consistent external messaging, monitor market data, and drive IR strategy across North America

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10–15 years in investor relations, finance, marketing, planning or corporate communication.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with executive presence.
• Strong written and presentation skills for biopharma/charts and messages.
• Understanding of financial modeling techniques and market dynamics.
• Travel willingness for North America and Europe coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate messages, Q&A and slides for earnings calls and investor events.
• Serve as a spokesperson for day‑to‑day investor inquiries and sell‑side questions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and regional teams to align external messaging.
• Monitor trading activity, industry trends, and peer performance to inform IR strategy.
• Lead strategic planning and oversee global investor relations programs.
