Job summary

CorMedix Therapeutics seeks a Director, Corporate Communications to lead integrated internal and external communications, excluding investor relations, and strengthen corporate reputation in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

The role partners with senior leadership to translate complex scientific information into clear messaging for diverse audiences, ensuring alignment with company values and regulatory standards. Based in Parsippany, NJ with required onsite days.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in corporate communications in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience supporting corporate reputation, executive communications, media relations, and internal communications initiatives.
• Experience translating complex scientific and clinical information into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
• Experience working in a publicly traded company with regulatory disclosure standards.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, HR, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated corporate communications strategies aligned with company priorities, milestones, and brand positioning.
• Support corporate reputation initiatives and strategic messaging across internal and external audiences.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop presentations, talking points, speeches, and leadership communications.
• Own corporate LinkedIn strategy and day-to-day management, including content calendar and executive visibility support.
• Own corporate website content strategy and updates in collaboration with IT/design resources and vendors.
