Qualifications

• 12+ years of investor relations in publicly-traded biotech or pharmaceutical company.
• Established relationships with industry analysts and institutional investors.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and simplify complex information.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor relations strategy and annual plan to articulate Stoke's vision and valuation.
• Cultivate relationships with investors and sell-side analysts.
• Provide data-driven insights on market dynamics and company performance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and Communications for disclosures.
• Plan and execute roadshows, conferences, and earnings presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide communications.
