Specialist Staffing Group is seeking a Director of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations to support innovative public and private companies across biotech, pharma, medtech, and healthcare. The role requires navigating complex scientific and financial narratives, advising senior executives, and engaging with investors, analysts, media, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead integrated communications and investor relations programs for companies at various growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications or investor relations, finance-focused.
• Experience in healthcare, biotech, pharma, medtech, or life sciences preferred.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and investor communications.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, and executive counseling skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Agency, consulting, or in-house communications or investor relations experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic corporate communications and investor relations programs.
• Advise senior executives on messaging, positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support earnings communications, financing announcements, transactions, and corporate milestones.
• Craft narratives that resonate with investors, analysts, media, and industry audiences.
• Develop and refine corporate messaging, presentations, investor materials, and thought leadership content.
• Monitor industry trends, market activity, and competitive developments.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare and investment communities.
• Support business development and contribute to firm growth initiatives.
