Scribe Therapeutics is seeking a strategic, highly motivated Director of Investor Relations to communicate scientific and corporate progress to the investment community. The role partners with CFO, CEO, and senior leadership to shape messaging, disclosures, and external communications as the company grows as a public biotech entity.

The Director will own IR strategy and day-to-day execution, translating complex biotech and clinical milestones into clear investor communications.

Formación

• Ability to develop investor messaging that is scientifically accurate and compliant with disclosures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Strong analytical skills and financial literacy to interpret statements and models.
• Experience building investor materials and managing external communications.
• Willingness to travel for investor meetings and conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for shareholders, analysts, and the investment community.
• Build relationships with biotech institutional and research investors.
• Plan and manage investor events, roadshows, conferences, and data readouts.
• Maintain a robust investor relation management process and feedback loop.
• Oversee IR operating plan, budget, and publication of investor materials.
• Provide counsel on messaging, disclosures, and market dynamics.
