Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, business, finance, life sciences or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, investor relations, public relations or a related function; biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience developing clear, high-quality communications for employees, executives, investors, analysts, media and other external stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of public-company communications and investor relations deliverables, including earnings materials, corporate presentations, press releases, key message, and Q&A documents.

Aufgaben

• Lead internal communications strategy and connect employees to Crescent’s mission and culture.
• Own events and meetings, including content for presentations and logistics.
• Draft internal communications for announcements and intranet.
• Support integrated campaigns across company channels and extend stories to audiences.
• Support corporate social media with content calendars and pipeline messaging.
• Coordinate external communications, including presentations, press releases, and Q&A materials.
• Prepare briefing materials for investor and analyst meetings and conferences.
• Maintain IR databases, investor targeting lists and analytics.
• Monitor market and media activity and generate summaries and insights.
• Perform other communications and IR responsibilities as needed.
