Constellation seeks a Management Analyst to join our Homeland Security team in Washington, DC, supporting information and knowledge management for our clients’ operations. This role offers the opportunity to engage with senior government leaders and work with a team of seasoned Constellation program management professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting the federal government as a consultant or contractor.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using Microsoft tools and applications including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise on strategic communications, identifying stakeholders and methods, and benchmarking federal portfolios.
• Creates messaging and materials for employees and external partners with senior leadership input.
• Maintains intranet content promoting organizational successes and new guidance; reviews content regularly.
• Creates and publishes quarterly newsletters on the SharePoint page.
• Supports strategic communications initiatives as needed.
• Drafts talking points, remarks, and comments for engagements and meetings.
• Reviews and maintains content on cbp.gov site.
