Responsibilities

• Lead strategic communications efforts and identify stakeholders and methods.
• Create regular messaging and public-facing materials with leadership.
• Maintain intranet content highlighting organizational successes and guidance.
• Publish quarterly newsletters on the SharePoint page.
• Draft talking points, remarks, and client-facing materials.
• Review and maintain content on cbp.gov and internal sites.
