Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Commission Analyst in the United States (Cary, NC area) to join the Commissions team. You will craft and maintain commission reporting, analyze variances, and support monthly/quarterly closes while collaborating with Field Sales and multiple business lines.

The role requires strong analytical skills, finance experience, and proficiency with SAP/Varicent/SQL tools. The base pay range is $95,590-$131,439, with comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in finance/controlling/accounting/database management.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and resolve complex issues.
• Experience building financial models and reporting commission payments.
• Ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain commission performance reporting for Finance and reconcile statements.
• Perform budget/actual variance analysis and assess targets effectiveness.
• Create and distribute KPI data packages during monthly/quarterly closes.
• Process monthly and quarterly commission payments.
• Validate commission plan data and understand plan components.
• Provide root-cause analyses on process issues to permanent improvements.
• Streamline and automate processes to improve accuracy and outcomes.
• Participate in annual compensation process and monthly plan reporting.
• Communicate performance to Sales leadership and managers quarterly.
• Prepare visual presentations of key performance parameters.
