GE HealthCare is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to support external commissions analysis and indirect sales channel finance. You will partner with USCAN FP&A, Controllership, and the Commercial operations teams to drive accurate reporting, planning, and margin optimization.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in MOR reviews and annual budgeting processes. A strong finance foundation and experience with Oracle/Hyperion are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
• 2+ years of financial work experience including Commercial Finance/FP&A.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across levels and regions.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly variable compensation data for indirect sales channels and disputes.
• Support P&L estimates, planning, and quarter-close reporting.
• Perform orders, sales, and margin analytics for P&Ls and annual budget.
• Drive automation and Lean initiatives with cross-functional teams.
