GE HealthCare is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to support external commissions and indirect sales channels within AIS and PCS, focusing on data analysis, contract terms, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with USCAN FP&A, Controllership, and Product Finance to drive operating mechanisms, budgeting, and margin expansion, while assisting monthly reviews and financial reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Minimum 4+ years of financial work experience, including Commercial Finance and FP&A.
• 6+ years financial work experience, including Commercial finance, FP&A.
• Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple levels, functions and regions.
• Solid PC skills with Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Own the monthly variable compensation paid to indirect sales channel partners across AIS and PCS, with disputes management.
• Support P&L estimates, planning, budgeting, and close/reporting communications with cross-functional teams.
• Own orders, sales reporting, annual budget, SG&A and margin analytics for P&Ls.
• Drive automation projects and Lean initiatives to improve efficiencies with stakeholders.
• Support area analytics for USCAN National Accounts & Indirect Sales Channels Finance team.
