Responsibilities

• Own the monthly variable compensation for indirect sales channels across AIS/PCS.
• Support P&L estimates, planning and closing communications with cross-functional teams.
• Own orders, sales reporting and margin analytics for P&Ls; support cost and productivity initiatives.
• Drive automation and Lean initiatives with cross-functional teams to improve efficiencies.
