Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Commission Analyst to join the Commissions team. You will create and maintain commission reporting, analyze variances, and process payments while partnering with Field Sales and multiple business lines to drive accurate compensation data.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Systems Analyst or related degree with minimum of 7+ years’ experience in finance/controlling/accounting/database management.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience building financial models and reporting commission payments.
• Proficiency with SAP, Varicent or database tools (Access) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with data mining and Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Commission performance reporting for Finance and reconciliation of commission statements.
• Perform budget/actual variance analysis and identify effectiveness of targets and achievement.
• Create, analyze, comment, and distribute Key commission Data package during monthly and quarterly closing process.
• Process monthly and quarterly commission payments.
• Understand Commission plans and components to validate incoming data.
• Provide root cause analysis on errors to permanently correct.
• Streamline, automate and develop new processes to improve accuracy and outcomes.
• Participate in the annual compensation process.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting for each plan.
• Analyze and communicate performance to Sales leadership and managers quarterly.
• Prepare visual presentation of key performance parameters on assigned plans.
