Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Commission Analyst to join the Insights team to ensure accurate commission data and drive clear business insights. This role partners with Regional EVPs, Managing Directors, the Commission team, and Enterprise Data Analytics to resolve issues and translate data into actions.

The role focuses on troubleshooting commission questions, data validation across Salesforce, Power BI, and Xactly, and implementing automation where possible. It is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commissions or related analytics role.
• Strong understanding of sales commissions and crediting concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Xactly or similar tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot data across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commission-related questions, disputes, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate issues by reviewing data, plan logic, and history.
• Partner with leadership to resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Identify root causes and propose process improvements.
• Translate questions into analytical requirements and actions.
• Support reporting accuracy across systems.
