Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Commission Analyst to join the Insights team, serving as a key business partner across Regional EVPs, Managing Directors, the Commission team, and Enterprise Data Analytics. The role ensures commission data accuracy, resolves issues quickly, and translates reporting into clear business insights and actions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commissions or sales analytics, strong skills with Salesforce, Power BI, and Xactly, and a track record of driving data-driven

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commissions, sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of sales commissions, crediting concepts, and issue resolution workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Xactly or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex data or compensation-related issues across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and mediate professionally.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of coordination for commission questions, disputes, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate issues by reviewing source data, plan logic, and reporting outputs.
• Partner with leadership to resolve discrepancies in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Explain commission plans, crediting rules, and payout logic clearly.
