Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading technology delivery, project management, program management, or PMO functions.
• 3+ years managing large-scale commercial technology initiatives.
• Experience leading global or offshore delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• PMI/SAFe certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting Commercial Operations, Sales Technology, or digital transformation.
• Experience managing portfolios of $1M+ budgets and multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic commercial technology programs across Web, Mobile, and NDC.
• Develop integrated delivery plans aligning milestones, resources, risks, and outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from planning to deployment and adoption.
• Provide leadership to offshore Scrum Masters and Agile teams.
• Create program-level metrics and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Sponsors.
