Job summary

Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Commercial Technology Solutions Delivery to lead the planning, governance, and delivery of strategic commercial technology initiatives across the organization.

You will bridge business stakeholders, technology teams and executive leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives, including offshore delivery and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years leading technology delivery and PMO functions.
• 3+ years managing large-scale commercial technology initiatives.
• Experience leading offshore/global delivery teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum/hybrid delivery knowledge.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet or MS Project.
• PMI/SAFe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic commercial technology programs across Web, Mobile, and NDC.
• Develop integrated delivery plans aligning milestones, resources and risks.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from plan to adoption.
• Provide leadership to offshore Scrum Masters and Agile teams.
• Consolidate sprint metrics into program-level dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and partners on roadmaps.
