American Window Film is seeking a high-performing Commercial Sales Representative to drive revenue growth within an assigned metro territory. This outside sales role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to generate repeat business, win large commercial projects, and expand a strong commercial client base.

The ideal candidate understands the construction sales cycle, can read architectural plans, and is comfortable working with General Contractors, Glass Companies, Property

Qualificações

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in commercial/building/construction sectors.
• Proven ability to win and manage large commercial projects.
• Experience reading architectural plans and working with GC, property mgmt, facilities pros.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to hit revenue targets.
• Prospect and cultivate new commercial relationships in the metro area.
• Manage sales process from prospecting to close and project turnover.
• Provide high level customer service to build long-term repeat business and repeat projects.
