Job summary
American Window Film in Nashville, TN is seeking a high-performing Commercial Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across an assigned metro territory. This strategic outside sales role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to win large commercial projects and expand the commercial client base.
You will read architectural plans and collaborate with General Contractors, Glass Companies, and facilities professionals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in construction or commercial buildings.
- Proven ability to win and manage large commercial projects.
- Experience reading architectural drawings and working with GC, glazing, PM and facilities teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop Territory sales plan to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Prospect and cultivate new commercial relationships within the metro area.
- Manage the proactive sales process from prospecting to close and turnover.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, review plans, and develop proposals.
- Negotiate pricing while protecting margin; close large commercial projects.
- Maintain CRM activity and pipeline; participate in weekly reviews.
