Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join its commercial sales team. You’ll sell pest prevention solutions to diverse industries, build trusted customer relationships, and achieve sales goals through prospecting and existing leads. The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.

No prior industry experience is required, with award-winning training and a path to leadership opportunities within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required; sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property.
