Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Account Manager in the Commercial Roofing division to manage key client relationships and grow the roofing service business through networking and strategic outreach to building owners and managers.

The role emphasizes relationship building, sales-driven service delivery, and collaboration with National teams to expand local presence. Travel for networking events and client meetings is expected where needed.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial sales experience required, preferably with property managers, building or business owners.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strong time management.
• Experience using industry tools such as Bluebeam/AutoCAD and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Grow and build our Roofing Service business through association and networking events, dinners, and sporting events
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions
• Work with National team to build local presence and assist in local relationships with national clients
• Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction
• Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
• Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn's brand and services through marketing and social media channels
• Some networking events may require travel as needed
