Qualifications

• 7 years of banking experience required, with at least 5 years of commercial lending and 2 years of credit analysis desired.
• Proven business development and communications skills.

• Ability to analyze and interpret results to support logical conclusions.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new commercial business including referrals to treasury, depository, and wealth management.
• Originate, evaluate, process and close commercial loans per policy and credit culture.
• Maintain exceptional service with existing commercial relationships.
• Represent the Bank in the local community and participate in community organizations.
• Market the Bank's products and services and cross-sell to customers.
• Collaborate with support staff and analysts to ensure smooth transactions and excellent service.
