The role entails financing, credit analysis, and cross-sell opportunities while coordinating with internal partners to deliver holistic solutions.

You will manage roughly $20MM–$50MM in loans and support relationships with top business clients, contributing to revenue and profitability goals in a collaborative banking environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is required.
• 4-6 years experience in commercial lending, commercial credit underwriting, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves annual production and growth goals for loan, deposits and fees.
• Initiates and develops new business via outside activities.
• Maintains ongoing contact with new clients to enhance their experience.
• Assesses client needs through relationship reviews and meetings.
• Uses internal sourcing software to generate leads and referrals.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to respond to client requests.
• Develops in-depth knowledge of products, services, and competition.
• Promotes bank solutions to meet client needs.
• Manages portfolio activities ensuring credit quality and risk controls.
