You will focus on cash management, deposits, and loan generation, while coordinating with Treasury, Credit, and Loan Administration to deliver tailored banking solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in banking business development, strong financial analysis skills, and proven relationship management.

Qualifications

7+ years in business development or relationship management in a financial institution.
Advanced experience in financial statement and tax return analysis.
B.S. in Finance or Accounting; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in commercial banking activities and terminology.
Strong reasoning and writing skills and ability to communicate credit rationale clearly.

Responsibilities

Source and acquire new commercial banking clients focusing on deposits, loans, and cash management.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet growth targets in deposits, loans, and fee income.
Oversee stages of the sales process from prospecting to onboarding new clients.
Collaborate with Treasury Management, Credit, and Loan Administration to deliver banking solutions.
Represent the Bank at community events to enhance visibility and generate business opportunities.
Manage portfolio as primary relationship manager, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
