BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Relationship Manager IV to grow and service middle-market commercial banking relationships in Denver. You will lead credit underwriting, manage portfolios, and cross-sell Wealth Management and Treasury Services, aligning with clients' needs.

The role emphasizes delivering comprehensive banking solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and mentoring junior staff in a collaborative, integrity-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years’ experience in commercial lending.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lending practices and loan documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to sell products/services in financial services.
• Advanced understanding of credit underwriting, documentation, loan policy and regulations.
• Strong financial analysis including ratio, trend analysis and projections.
• Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management and Treasury Services products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present persuasively.
• Good PC skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic relationship and business development plan.
• Engage in direct outreach, manage databases, identify client needs and solutions.
• Issue and negotiate proposals for new relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage credit relationships including renewals, financial analysis and compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients across all financial services and resolve issues.
• Train junior loan officers and participate in community activities to grow business.
