Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of directly related experience.
• Broad application of principles and extensive knowledge of related fields.
• Strong knowledge of credit, lending, financial strategy, and customer development.
• Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and closing commercial banking relationships.
• Established network of business contacts in the Denver market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages high-end corporate customers' business needs and strategies, provides financial counseling and expertise in loan structuring.
• Cross-sell appropriate products and design value-driven packages.
• Develops new relationships internally and externally.
• Approves/recommends loan packages within assigned limits.
• Manages credit portfolio and maintains credit quality and profitability.
• Proactively develops a network to generate new commercial banking opportunities.
