Job summary

Addison Group seeks a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a multi-property portfolio including office, medical office, retail, and association spaces. You will manage budgets, financial reporting, leases, and vendor contracts while ensuring assets meet ownership goals and maintain value.

The role emphasizes strong tenant relations, operational efficiency, and proactive risk management across property operations and capital projects. Based in Phoenix, AZ, travel to properties is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible commercial property management experience across office/medical office or mixed-use properties.
• Experience managing commercial budgets, financial reporting, tenant relations, vendor contracts, and capital improvement projects.
• Knowledge of lease administration, operating expense recoveries, CAM reconciliations, and tenant obligations.
• Familiarity with commercial building systems, maintenance operations, safety requirements, and construction terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• CPM or RPA designation, or active pursuit of either, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a diverse commercial portfolio (office, medical office, retail, and associations).
• Manage property performance aligned with ownership goals and business plans.
• Maintain compliance with PM agreements, owner requirements, and reporting deadlines.
• Support onboarding and transitions for new clients and portfolios.
• Communicate financial results, risks, and operational recommendations to ownership.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, and vendor contracts within budgets.
• Supervise staff and service providers to ensure service quality and consistency.
• Develop operating budgets, forecasts, and monthly variance reports.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for ownership.
