Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Lead Property Manager to oversee a multi-state portfolio of retail properties and lead a team of property management professionals. You will handle tenant relations, lease compliance, collections, and vendor management while driving efficient processes for growth.

The role requires strong lease knowledge, financial acumen, and leadership skills to oversee operations, implement SOPs, and coordinate with internal teams for portfolio reporting and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial property management experience, including supervisory experience.
• Experience managing net lease and/or retail properties preferred.
• Experience overseeing a multi-state commercial property portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of property managers and administrators.
• Oversee lease administration, compliance, and critical dates.
• Manage rent collections, CAM, taxes, and insurance reconciliations.
• Coordinate vendor management, bids, and capital projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams on property initiatives and reporting.
