Addison Group is partnering with a commercial real estate organization to identify an experienced Commercial Property Manager in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on overseeing daily property operations, financial performance, vendor relationships, and tenant satisfaction across a commercial portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of property management practices, financial reporting, and property accounting systems such as Yardi.

Competenze

• Previous experience in commercial real estate property management.
• Strong understanding of operations, tenant relations, and vendor management.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management accounting systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5 years related experience or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance across a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Manage budgets, review financial results, and ensure adherence to approved plans.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and on-site personnel to meet standards and timelines.
• Maintain tenant relations, handle escalations, and support leasing and occupancy goals.
