You will perform underwriting, portfolio management, and deliver superior client service for Relationship Managers in Commercial, CRE or Middle Market segments. The role requires analyzing financial information, compiling loan packages, guiding requests through approvals, and ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
4–6 years of credit analysis and commercial banking experience; at least 2 years in portfolio management.
Knowledge of loan structuring and lending documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication; knowledge of lending regulations and Bank policies.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial information to evaluate the creditworthiness of new and renewal loan requests and ongoing portfolio management.
Compile commercial loan packages with credit memos, borrower/guarantor analyses, risk grading, and recommendations.
Guide loan requests through the Credit Approval Process and ensure the structure meets client needs and Bank objectives.
Monitor and service large commercial loan portfolios, including covenant testing and servicing reviews.
Maintain documentation for all loans and compliance with regulatory requirements; liaise with Loan Operations and Credit leadership.
