• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 years of Commercial banking and/or Credit Underwriting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of assigned relationships in accordance with bank policies and risk practices.
• Conduct in person client meetings and analyze client financials and collateral performance.
• Underwrite loans with credit partners and prepare opportunity memos and deal models.
• Participate in portfolio reviews and monitor borrower financial performance against expectations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with Credit and Sales to optimize the portfolio.
• Assist with documentation and legal coordination to protect bank rights.
