Responsibilities

• Work within multiple commercial banking portfolios with focus on client retention, relationship expansion, profitability, and portfolio performance.
• Support portfolio growth and optimization through portfolio analysis, client reviews, and strategic recommendations coordinating efforts between Commercial and Credit Administration.
• Drive business development and client engagement with Relationship Managers and key clients.
• Serve as trusted advisor and portfolio resource through industry knowledge and commercial banking expertise.
• Support departmental leadership initiatives and team development.
