Job summary

Henkel Corporation, part of the Adhesive Technologies unit, is seeking a Commercial Execution Manager to drive organizational effectiveness within the ACA Commercial team. You’ll partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to improve communication, coordination, and execution.

This role supports executive initiatives and cross-functional operations, overseeing meetings, timelines, and strategic priorities for the Head of North American Consumer & Construction business.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and action-oriented to improve team efficiency.
• Experience supporting executive-level initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support key initiatives across the Commercial Sales organization.
• Steer organization and execution of Commercial Leadership strategic discussions.
• Manage meeting planning, agendas, action items, and follow-up (virtual and in-person).
• Compile business updates, data, presentations, input from cross-functional teams.
• Support executive-level projects and strategic priorities for Head of North American Consumer & Construction.
• Partner with teams to improve communication flow and execution alignment.
• Help track timelines, deliverables, next steps across projects and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Provide operational support for special projects, including potential acquisitions.
• Serve as a reliable go-to resource to keep initiatives moving forward.
