Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in front-end/commercial roles with customer exposure.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and coach teams.
• Strong commercial skills including pricing, margins, and value-based selling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Application Engineers and quoting staff to deliver high-quality, timely, value-priced proposals.
• Develop and coach team members; draft development plans and provide feedback.
• Ensure policy compliance, training, and oversight of quote activities.
• Implement best practices to reduce cycle times, improve hit-rate, and optimize workloads.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering across the bid cycle.
• Manage department expenses and participate in budget planning.
