Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in inside/outside sales, commercial ops, proposals, or quotation management in industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated experience leading or coaching teams in a commercial or sales support environment.
• Strong understanding of pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and order review processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Operations team with performance management.
• Ensure timely quotation responses and improve quote quality and conversion rates.
• Analyze quotation performance to support continuous improvement, win/loss trends.
• Oversee quotations and order reviews for technical accuracy and commercial compliance.
• Support pricing strategies, discounts, surcharges, and margin performance.
• Partner with sales, operations, and engineering to support pursuit, forecasting, reporting, and execution.
• Build strong relationships across regional/global teams to improve bookings.
• Drive effective use of CRM, quotation tools, and dashboards.
