Qualifications

• In-depth ERP/CRM experience, with Infor M3 valued.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with AI tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and implement efficient sales, order-to-cash workflows.
• Maintain CRM data quality and work with IT to extend CRM capabilities.
• Support deal rooms with documentation, feasibility analyses, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Procurement, Data Management on ERP/CRM use and integrations.
