You will analyze industry, competition, and customer segmentation to support go-to-market decisions. The role partners with executive leaders to deploy new incentive plans, maintains KPI models, and delivers timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• College degree in quantitative discipline valued and preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a commercial / business analytics or FP&A role.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office required, with strong preference for SQL, Power Query, and Alteryx.
• In-depth understanding of business data flow and experience with ERP systems and data warehouse tools.
• Organized and self-directed with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective reporting and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytics on market, industry, and competitive trends.
• Leverage internal and external sales analytics to evaluate emerging trends and communicate strategic commercial insights.
• Establish relevant KPIs to monitor performance against commercial initiatives and develop decision-support models.
• Analyze sales campaigns and channels to assess sales conversion.
• Maintain and optimize sales territory in alignment with goals and go-to-market strategies.
• Perform monthly commissions calculations and reporting for incentive plans.
• Conduct sales incentive analytics to ensure compliance with compensation programs.
• Partner with executives in deployment and change management of incentive programs.
• Maintain and deliver compensation-related targets and reporting.
