Job summary

Revision Skincare is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Operations Lead to act as the operational backbone of the Commercial organization. The role reports to the Chief Customer Officer and builds processes, reporting infrastructure, and cross-functional ties to enable field sales, accounts, and sales operations to move with rigor.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial strategy, sales operations, or business operations in skincare or related field.
• Experience building forecasting, KPI reporting, and business reviews for field sales or strategic accounts.
• Experience partnering with IT and external data vendors to build reporting/dashboard capability.
• Led cross-functional workstreams with Marketing, Finance, and HR.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a robust, repeatable forecasting process across the Commercial organization.
• Stand up recurring KPI dashboards and reporting with input from key stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end Quarterly Business Review processes for Leadership Team.
• Partner with IT and vendors to build KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Identify external market intelligence and embed it into sales plans and reviews.
• Support annual and in-year target setting and forecast refinements.
• Lead NPD/innovation launch coordination and cross-functional launches.
• Support Customer Joint Business Planning with strategic accounts.
• Represent Commercial in industry forums and external communications.
