Key Responsibilities
Business Process
- Forecasting: Establish a robust, repeatable forecasting process — defining roles, inputs, and cadence across the Commercial organization.
- Business Performance Reporting: Identify core KPIs and stand up recurring reporting, incorporating input from key stakeholders and aligning approach with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) playing a key role in the process.
- Quarterly Business Review (QBR): Own the end-to-end process for the quarterly Leadership Team review — identifying key metrics, coordinating inputs, and scheduling meetings.
Performance Reporting: Tools & Insights
- Reporting Infrastructure: Partner with IT and external vendors to identify sales reporting needs and stand up Key Performance Indicator and Daily Business Management dashboards.
- External Insights: Identify and integrate external market intelligence (e.g., Guidepoint, Kline, Kantar) into Sales execution plans and business opportunities, embedding it into the business review process.
- Target Setting & Forecasting: Support annual and in-year target setting and ongoing forecast refinement.
Sales Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership
- NPD / Innovation Cycle: Serve as the primary Commercial point of contact for cross-functional partners on the "launch to market" process, coordinating timelines, forecasts, and key account previews for new product development and innovation launches.
- Customer Joint Business Planning: Support planning and execution for Customer Joint Business Planning engagements with strategic accounts.
- Industry Engagement: Represent Revision Skincare's Commercial function in relevant industry forums and associations.
- External Communications: Support sales-related external communications in partnership with Marketing and Communications.
