Job summary

Revision Skincare seeks a Commercial Strategy & Operations Lead to act as the operational backbone of the Commercial organization, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer. You will design forecasting models, build KPI dashboards with IT and external partners, and represent Sales requirements for new product launches and key account planning.

The role is Irving, TX based with at least two days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial strategy, sales operations, or business operations in skincare or Pharamaceutical / specialty consumer products.
• Forecasting ownership and KPI reporting for field sales or strategic accounts.
• Experience partnering with IT and external data vendors to build dashboards and reporting.
• Track record leading cross-functional workstreams with Marketing, Finance, and HR.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: establish a repeatable forecasting process across the Commercial organization.
• Business performance reporting: stand up core KPIs and recurring reporting with key stakeholders.
• QBR: own end-to-end quarterly Leadership Team review process.
