Job summary

Altivera Medical is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will design and optimize sales compensation, set targets and quotas, and support commercial planning and strategic initiatives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Collaboration with leadership will drive revenue growth and field effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, analytics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or related roles.
• Experience supporting sales compensation, quota/target setting, commercial planning, territory strategy, executive reporting, or sales performance management.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build/interpret financial, compensation, performance, and scenario models.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data to commercial strategy and operational recommendations.
• Experience preparing materials or presentations for senior leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex information and develop clear business narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design, modeling, evaluation, and optimization of sales compensation and incentive plans.
• Develop scenario models for plan mechanics, payout curves, thresholds, accelerators, and potential impacts.
• Analyze compensation effectiveness, productivity, attainment, and payout trends.
• Ensure plans align with objectives, financial expectations, and field behaviors.
• Support communication of commission plans and future changes.
• Assist with annual and quarterly target and quota-setting across territories and regions.
• Analyze performance, market opportunity, and priorities to inform targets.
