Job summary

Altivera Medical is seeking an experienced leader to develop standardized training programs, onboarding materials, and clinical education across orthopedic recovery, postoperative rehab, and chronic pain management. You will translate clinical evidence and commercial strategy into scalable learning experiences, accelerating field readiness and strengthening customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Clinical Sciences, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development, or related function.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or clinically focused commercial environment preferred.
• Proven success designing and delivering enterprise-wide training and onboarding programs.
• Experience developing clinically focused curriculum and instructor-led training for commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience using LMS, sales enablement platforms, and performance reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers training programs to accelerate onboarding and improve sales performance.
• Develops scalable enablement strategies, playbooks, and resources for the field.
• Creates clinically focused education that strengthens product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Oversees onboarding programs and leadership development for regional leaders.
• Maintains clinical training frameworks for product launches and reimbursement updates.
• Collaborates across Commercial, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, HR, Compliance, and Operations.
• Leads communication and change management initiatives to support organizational priorities.
