Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Senior Commercial or Contracts Manager role including managing change and providing support to other team members.
• Very strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very strong negotiation, commercial reporting and cost management skills.
• Experience supporting operational teams.
• Very high attention to detail with strong analytical capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies that support business objectives and revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and customer value.
• Manage commercial risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are in place.
• Build and maintain strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Provide guidance and support to other commercial managers working on the same contracts.
• Ensure contractual obligations are clearly understood and effectively managed.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful contract delivery including providing commercial guidance to project teams.
• Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost control, forecasting and support business planning and budgeting activities.
• Ensure all commercial activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support audit requirements and risk management processes.
• Control and manage variations, change events, and contract administration processes including development of pricing.
• Support continuous improvement of commercial processes and governance frameworks.
