Job summary

KBR is recruiting a Business Manager to lead project controls for complex contracts. This role supports forecasting, cost control, and reporting, ensuring compliance with FAR and internal policies.

The position can be remote within the United States, with responsibilities spanning financial planning, performance analysis, and coordination with contracting and resource teams. You will oversee budgeting, variance analysis, and monthly PSR packages, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery of

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required with 7+ years of experience in project controls or related field.
• Knowledge of FAR and DOW FAR requirements is essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are expected.
• Prior managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts, controls, and reports project costs.
• Reviews project costs by category and forecasts future costs.
• Prepares and maintains PSR packages and monthly cost reports.
• Performs contract margin analysis and pricing activities.
• Interfaces with Contracting Officer and Resource Analyst; ensures compliance with procedures.
