Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics or related field.
• 7+ years in business management, project controls, or finance.
• Experience with government contracts and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead all business operations for contract and program execution, ensuring financial performance and compliance.
• Serve as primary interface with Contracting Officers, CORs, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee project cost control: actual cost analyses, variance reporting, and performance assessments.
• Lead forecasting for labor, materials, subcontract, revenue, and indirect rates; provide financial deliverables and PSRs.
