Responsibilities

• Reviews loan files upon assignment to understand the transaction and circumstances.
• Enforces the bank's rights or position on loans and collateral.
• Discusses issues with management and legal counsel to develop strategies.
• Documents actions taken and pertains to each assigned account.
• Interacts with commercial banking officers on shared accounts.
• Assesses financial statements and cash flow to gauge borrower strength.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and bank policies.
• Develops and implements credit administration strategies to minimize losses.
