Job summary

The role centers on developing and implementing credit administration strategies to minimize potential losses and to negotiate remediation with borrowers, with guidance from bank management, lending staff and legal counsel. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination required.
Experience in Commercial Banking, Portfolio Management or Loan Review preferred.

Responsibilities

Review loan files to understand transactions and circumstances.
Enforce bank rights on loans and collateral.
Discuss issues with supervisor, management or legal counsel to develop strategies.
Document loan files for actions taken on assigned accounts.
Work with third parties to dispose of collateral.
Interact with banking officers on shared accounts.
Assess borrower financial strength via statements and cash flow analyses.
Respond to inquiries from customers or regulators while ensuring compliance.
