Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Commercial Banking, Portfolio Management or Loan Review preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit underwriting and collection practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files and assess transactions.
• Enforce bank rights with respect to loans and collateral.
• Develop strategies with management and legal counsel.
• Document actions taken on assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with third parties to dispose of collateral.
• Supervise commercial banking officers on shared accounts.
• Analyze financial statements and cash flow to assess borrower strength.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies.
• Develop and implement credit administration strategies to minimize loss.
• Collaborate with Credit Officers and legal counsel to manage accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
