Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a senior Credit Administration professional to manage a portfolio of troubled and distressed commercial and CRE credits, develop strategies to minimize losses, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

The role requires deep knowledge of commercial underwriting and collection practices, collaboration with management and legal counsel, and the ability to negotiate exit or remediation with borrowers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Portfolio Management or Loan Review.
• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files to understand transaction and circumstances.
• Enforce bank rights or position with respect to loan and collateral.
• Discuss issues with supervisor or legal counsel to develop strategies.
• Document loan files with actions taken for each account.
• Work with third parties to dispose of collateral when appropriate.
• Interact with commercial banking officers on shared accounts.
